Phillip Hsu is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in tax, bookkeeping, and business advisory. Prior to founding Stratys Consulting, he held a leadership role in private equity guiding global tax restructuring, M&A, and complex tax audits, following roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte & Touché, and Arthur Andersen.
